2-Step Acid Truck Wash

Tacoma Truck Wash (TTW) is located in the Port of Tacoma, WA, right in the heart of truck traffic entering the Port. TTW uses a 2-step acid washing process that uses, hydrofluoric, sulfuric, and hydrochloric acid to brighten aluminum and remove grease and road grime. Heavy-duty degreasers are also used to clean the painted surfaces of the trucks.  The challenge was oil & grease, dirt and dissolved zinc. LWE technology removes all three contaminants very effectively.
